Cradlia provides AI-powered baby name suggestions, cultural origin information, partner matching, and family voting features. The Service is intended as a discovery and inspiration tool. Name suggestions are not professional, legal, or medical advice.
User Accounts
You may use some features without an account. Creating an account enables additional features like partner matching, syncing across devices, and saving preferences. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Subscriptions & Purchases
Cradlia offers a free tier and an optional premium subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective refund policies. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Cradlia and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Name suggestions are generated by AI and curated databases and should not be considered legal, cultural, or linguistic advice. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, cultural appropriateness, or completeness of any name information provided. Always verify name meanings and cultural significance independently.
Children's Privacy (COPPA)
Cradlia is designed for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cradlia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
